My diagnosis is donovanosis. treatment includes strict antibiotic regimen of Doxycycline 100 mg 1 Bd for 21 days and Azithromycin 1g once a week for 3 weeks. Instruct the patient to abstain from any sexual activity for atleast a month. If he has already been involved in any sort of sexual activity, then treat the partner also.

dd- lympho granuloma venereum, donovanosis, elephantiasis reasons may b due to complications of the infection causing obstruction of lymphatic of genitals causing swelling of genitals investigation include culture of discharge and serology treatment includes doxy 100 mg bd for 21 days
