A 45 yrs old male pt has suffering to prolapse hemorrhoides during defecation of stool since 2o years. Then he is replace d prolapse WD d help by his finger pressing ...no bleeding,no dm and no htn but also have symptom like a pain during defecation, not clear motion sometime distended of abdomen....actually he dosent want d any surgical process or ksharsutra treatment....what should I do?
