F28. Swelling of abdomen and legs. 1month Fever intermittent. PR- 80/min. BP-130/70mmHg Chest-Bilateral VBS CVS- S1S2 normal. TSH-6.30. Normal -renal and liver profile USG-Ascitis and fatty liver.
