69 year old lady with a mass involving the dorsal aspect of the hand. She had been carrying the swelling for the last 8 years and since he last 3 years it started increasing in size. There was no Neuro-vascular deficit. Fnac - lipomatous swelling. MRI revealed an extensive swelling involving the dorsum and extending on to the thenar eminence. Complete excision was done and the entire lump was resected en mass. HPE- lipoma. Reason for highlighting the case - unusual location for a lipoma

67 y/o female with multiple lipomatosis presented with complaints of a lump in the left breast X 6 months. She initially though that she had developed a lipoma in the breast and ignored it. Gradually increasing in size. O/e - 3*4 cm firm lump involving the left breast from 11-1 o clock, close to the NAC. Mammogram - birads 4 (images attached). Tru-cut biopsy - atypical papillary lesion. No definitive e/o malignancy. Did a lumpectomy today. HPE reports awaited. Share your views regarding the case.

Good afternoon Curofians on this breezy sunday. Hope y'all enjoying your holiday. Case details : 13 year old female, diffuse mass over right paravertebral region on the back. Swelling soft and ill defined. Swelling roughly measured 6x4 cms. FNAC done, aspirated blood mixed granular white material, easy to spread. USG not affordable by the patient. Attached 12 slides.
