update after treatment for 4to5 days for pre renal failure interesting point to discuss his urine reports both times showing hematuria asymptomatic and no renal pathology as he is diabetic neither uti nor calculus nor h/o any ailment suggesting painless asymptomatic hematuria your esteemed opinions

A 45 yr female pt c/o rt lumber region pain with vomiting since 3 months pedal & Periorbital edema (Swelling or puffiness around the eye area) + present s. creatinine 1.90 sodium 145.8 chloride 107.4 potassium 4.23 Isonide calcium 4.97 protein present + few bacteria also present in urine epithelial cell 2-3 hpf yeast cell present fbs:- 73 mg/dl ppbs;-104mg/dl k/c/o dm since 18 yr htn since 5 yr please suggest your best opinion?
