Chief complaints- A 76 y/o/f came with complaints of pain in the left knee. She says the knee is hot, swollen, and painful on movement. PMH- Mild history of osteoarthritis of hip. Hypertensive from past 2 years and regularly take Bendroflumethiazide. Vitals- Temp-98F, BP-140/98mm/Hg, Pulse- 90/min Please guide with the management.
