Chief complaints- A 4-month-old baby boy is brough to the clinic with the complaints of cough, cold and fever for 5 days. PMH- No history congenital heart disease. At 1 month of age, he had watery diarrhea which subsided with medication. He is breast fed since birth 3 hourly for 10-15 minutes. Examination – No associated wheezing, no sore throat or skin rashes. No change in breast feeding behavior. Looks mildly ill and febrile. Normal weight and body growth. Please help with the management.
