9 year girl .itching and lesion recurrent bilateral lower limb.

36yr Female, presented with complaints of itching and scaly lesions on skin since 4 months. She has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since last 10 years on 25mcg. No other complaints or co-morbodities . What's the diagnosis and treatment.
