A 72 y/o male came with itchy blisters on his skin that have been present for 3 months. Has h/o diabetes, hypertension, and schizophrenia. Current medications include atenolol, atorvastatin, insulin, and haloperidol. Examination reveals multiple, tense blisters arising on normal-appearing skin as well as erythematous bases.

drs kindly diagnose n prescribe the treatment..pt 63 yrs old diabetic hypertensive..having these lesions since 8 months..sugar controlled ..taking alopathic medicines for dm n ht..taken alopathic medicine defcort ..antibiotics..antiallergic..local application for 5 days..after that such picture..positive history of allergic to awla..carrort..beet root..and tobacco addiction plus..sent investigation.. awaited

Good Morning Curofians ,Here is a case of a female patient aged about 50 years got these types of lesions on left foot . On enquiry ,she told some 10 days back she got some nail infection of big toe and she also got history of ingrowing toe nail of greyer toe ,of left foot . Kindly suggest the diagnosis and management of the case .Yours sincerely .Rajesh Gopal MBBS IMA PMC Reg no 35726.Ludhiana . Patient is not a diabetic .
