Case for discussion 45 year old male presented with hyperkeratotic lesions in a annular circumference placement on the right gluteal region only. Present and progressing since 13 years. Started in center as a Nodular keratotic lesion then slowly spread circumferentially History of applying steroid based creams. Sensation intact No h/o of itching IT IS NOT TINEA. 1. Describe the lesion 2. Give possible DD 3. What tests to do to get closer to diagnosis.
