75 year old female. An orthopaedic surgeon sent a small tissue 1x1x0.5 cm labelled as Infected scar tissue from lower limb for histopathology. On microscopy showed epidermis and dermis. epidermis show focal ulceration. subepidermal tissue showed patchy infiltration by mainly mononuclear cells and few polymorphs. In histopath report what opinion should be given and what is expected by surgeon Plz guide. Histopathology images attached
