50yrs old male patient with no significant past medical history came in emergency with H/o High grade fever since four days,Altered mental status × 2days. N/h/o Seizure.O/e Marked neck stiffness and having upper motor neuron type paralysis,Pupils - B/l 4mm RTL,GCS - E3V4M4-5,Vitally stable. MP antigen(-ve),Platelets count -116,CT and MRI brain shows no definite lesion.LP done. CSF report enclosed,please guide and suggest management plan??
