NEEDS 1. CLINICAL. CORRELATION 2. SYMPTOMATIC MANAGEMENT

Status of DM and hyperlipidemia?? Tsh S creatinin? Constipation? Hyperacidity Hiatus hernia??

D/D of retrosternal pain is - Fibromyalgia Acid reflux Esophagitis Hiatus hernia Cardiac pathology 2D Echo and ECG is wnl It is not a cardiac pain So r/o for other causes and treat accordingly.

It may be due to acidity or due to cardiac complications..rule out this first

ECG . NAD . Need symptomatic t/t .

Hba1c, TFT RFT, urine microalbumin. Tight glycemic and BP control.

ECG STUDY .. NORMAL .. NEED'S.. SYMPTOMATIC T/T..WITH CLINICAL CORRELATION.. STRICT GLYCEMIC CONTROL WITH ANTIDIABETIC MANAGEMENT WITH EXPERTS OPINION.. ANTIHYPERTENSIVE MEDICATIONS..

Low voltage ECG. Adv to control diabetes and thyroid
