A 16yo male came for rash as pictured. He states it has been present for about a month, but because his father noticed it today. He has no other symptoms, normal vitals, and an otherwise normal examination. He does spend time outside but cannot recall any insect bites. What is the name of this rash? The most likely cause? How would you treat? Are there any associated infections you should worry about?
