25y old male, dorsum of R foot. H/o RTA almost month back. Most part of the wound has healed but a small, lump od tissue protrude from the wound, not healing as fast as rest of the wound. Is it pyogenic granuloma? How to manage?

Scrap the wound Take a split thickness skin graft with Silverman handle using a shaving blade Apply it and open after 4 days After that saline dressing till graft is stable

Necrosed skin Remove it

Doctor there is no skin on it. It's like soft tissue
