18 years male having multiple inflammatory papules on both sides of the cheek and forehead since 2 years. These lesions not responding any treatment. What is the diagnosis and stage? Treatment?

25 yr old man has such lesion since 3 to 4 yrs ; adviced acne tt to him but getting less result adviced medicines are peroclin 2.5 % - bd; tab isotroin ; saslic face wash tab erythromycin; salicylic peel 30 % - 4 session .old lesions are getting subside ; new lesion are cuming out .wants ur valuable advice to such resistance case

patient age 20 yr this from 3 yr continue 8 month allopathic treatment but no effect on this ..... no other symptoms..All are normal Rx Dx plzzz
